TAG Heuer Guarantee:

We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange.

Returns accepted within 30 days of original purchase:

TAG Heuer gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for full refund. Refunds must be accompanied by the original receipt and will be made in the form of the original payment. If the original receipt is unavailable, we'll make an exchange or issue a merchandise credit based on the current selling price.

Return or exchange an item by mail.

Please call our customer service number to receive a Return Authorization # which will need to be provided on the outside of the shipping box and in with the internal documents.

You can send the item back to us at the address below using any other traceable method. Once we receive your package, we will promptly exchange or refund it as you instruct. There's no additional shipping and handling charges on exchanges; we'll just ask that you pay for the return postage.
